As many of you know I have been going to school over the last 2 years. I did half of my education before I had children and the other half now that they are in school. This past Saturday I walked down that path to receive my diploma or as they called it our diploma covers.
I feel kind of old to be getting my diploma... but, so were most of the people around me. Almost everyone in my class had children, which was pretty cool. I am glad that it is over, now everyone is asking me when I'm getting a job... I didn't know I had to work now that I had a diploma. My pictures are not that great so I'm not posting any right now. Maybe later when I get some of the professional ones.
I have a wonderful family and friends. All my family came to my graduation/party. To me I felt like it was no big deal, but they helped me remember that they love me and support me. My friends Becky and Mary threw me the best party to celebrate. Needless to say my family was amazed. Thank you so much for being there for me. I loved it all!!!!!

It was fun watching you walk and I am glad that we came down.
I would not be in a rush to go back to work either! Poor Nick is going to have to push me out the door, literally....if he ever wants me to go back to work!
And ever since that chocolate fountain I am craving chocolate...like CRAZY!!!! I told Nick lets go buy one so we can have one for the family party!
Way to go...Congrats!!
it is a big deal - congratulations! being a wife and mother with other commitments made it that much of a bigger deal because it was so hard to do - AND, remember the pres said "even if you don't use the degree to go into the workforce and are a homemaker"!!! he gave you an out for sure!!!
