Anna has been so consumed about her birthday for months now. She has been so excited about being 11. She waited and waited. She knew how many more days and everything. She had so many plans. First she wanted a party, then she wasn’t sure. Next she wanted to take a few friends and go get manicures and pedicures. Well… She finally made up her mind. She wanted her papa to take her fishing. Then she only wanted to have one friend with her. Ashlyn. They started out fishing.

It was VERY HOT!!!!
At 9:30 in the morning it was HOT!!!
By the Way did I say it was HOT!!!!
The fish didn't even nibble. They didn't bite.
They didn't jump.
The didn't bubble.
They didn't do ANYTHING!!!
Surprising---this is about 30-45 minutes later!
They were in the pool ALL DAY!!! They had so much fun together.
We went and got lunch, and later we went and got ice cream.
They didn’t want to leave and they didn’t want to go home!!!
Anna was so tired. She didn’t make it to the store to pick up her dad from work. This was @ 11:30.
This was her curled up in a camping chair at the store while we waited for her dad. We were there @ 20 min. Not too long.
