17 years ago on September 10, Patrick knelt down on one knee at Disney World and asked me to marry him. That morning we were walking through the NEW Orlando Temple. He could have asked me then, but he said there were just too many people there.
16 years ago on September 9, we were married in the Atlanta, GA temple.
I say we had one of the longest "Mormon" engagements ever!
We had a very busy 1st year of marriage and 15 years ago on September 10, we welcomed Katharyn Pittman into our family.
21 years ago on September 16, Patrick was 17 and a Senior in High School...
He took the step and was Baptized a member of the church.
Without that step--September would not be as memorable for me.

September will always be a special time for our family.
