Happy Mother's Day!!!

My Mom--

I remember her hands.

How they felt, how they smelled, how much mine look like hers.

When I saw this picture this morning it reminded me of how I loved my

mother's hands. They were so soft and always smelled clean.

My mother sacraficed all that she was to be a mom.

Her time, Her love, her Sanity is what she gave.

Her wants and needs and wishes were gone when she looked at

Wren the day she was born.

That day her Journey as a mother began.

If any of you know my mom she is an unrealistic Perfectionist.

From the time Wren was born to the time Mark graduated from high school

she was a mom morning, noon, and night.

There are so many stories I can remember about my mom...

Some might remember her as the crazy mom.

So many things can happen when are you are a mother of Five.

There's hurt, pain, love, anquish, sorrow, fear, excitement, joy and so many other feelings.

The one thing I always knew was that she was there.

Through everything.

So thanks Mom for being my mom....

I love You!!!

You guys look so much alike...it's funny, I have a thing with hands too! I always loved that my grandmother and I had the same hands...it meant so much, just something that tied us together I guess. What a nice message for your mom on mother's day...thanks for sharing with the rest of us!
