I did it....
I voted....
All my family can Smile...
I didn't want to do it....
I wanted to sleep in....
But I got up...
Did my civic duty...
And what do I get for my action...
A great STICKER....
that I wear Proudly.
I remembered I liked voting.
I like how it feels to push the button and say who I want to be
the Next President of the USA!!!
Or whatever else we may be voting for.
It's a privilege that we should All take advantage of.
Even if we want to sleep in and not go.
Even if we get up and stand in line at 6:30 AM...
Think about all those who have died to let us have that right.
Think about all those who are fighting to continue to have that right.
What a GREAT country we live in.

I VOTED TOO!! 2 1/2 hours in LINE! I thought I'd beat the crowd but was surprised at how many other people were in line before me! The first person got there at 5:00 am. So no matter what... he still waited! Now we'll just wait and see ....
yea... That's the truth.
I voted too!!! YAY for me....
Thanks for your encouragement on my last post!!!! I'm still lacking a strong drive to do it, but . . .at least I've started the work! lol. Only 7 more weeks of this class, then one more. . .g'ness.
You're like the best visiting teacher I've ever had!! *and the only one that routinely visited me* And 10 years later - - I feel like you still are!! LOL! Congrats on finishing yours. . .I remember student teaching (I did it up until the day before I had Jacob!). The masters work hasn't been _hard_, just annoying and sometimes seemingly pointless. . .
I proudly wore my sticker all day too. It was just like yours! I went at 10:30 and it only took me about 20 minutes to get through everything. Glad to hear that it wasn't your car....bummer that it WAS your dad's. Hope you're feeling better! And when you find that magical time stopping elixir, please send it my way!
