We didn't do too much today. We had lunch with some
friends and did a few fireworks in our front yard.
Nothing Big, but we had fun.
Patrick even got to spend some time with us
Before he went to work.
We love living here in the good ole USA

Looks like you had fun ... why doesn't our family do anything on the 4th? Missed you this year ... I'm glad we have some family up here - usually we are SO by ourselves! Have a good day -

I hate going places on the 4th.... Patrick always has to work. I either get to do something in the morning with him or in the evening when he gets off. This year he had to close...But he got to go in late. We had a little longer than normal. I know mom doesn't like celebrating this holiday because of the fireworks. She wants nothing to do with it, and she knows how much you..Wren love to do the 4th of july party. Maybe next year I can make sure Patrick gets off. Who knows, and then we can come up there.

Cooper and I actually talked about the time we've spent together on the 4th. It's one of the times that always sticks out in his mind too.....now that's sayin' something. My sister still teases me about "Thunder on the Hooch". She thinks it sounds so funny. Funny it may be, but it still feels like home to us. We love y'all too and miss you guys! Thanks for keeping in touch!
